After researching many reviews online for Ultra Diamonds we found that the reviews are pretty good and that Ultra Diamonds has a lot of happy customers. Of course there were a few negative reviews here and there but most of the negative reviews that we found came from specific, physical retail locations where people had a grudge against a particular store employee.  The reviews for Ultra Diamond's online store are quite good.

Many customers stated that the ordering process was easy and that their order was shipped quickly.  Many customers also stated that the price and the quality were both very good. Several customers also report having a good experience with the customer service department. 

One customer stated that the earrings they ordered broke first time they wore them but that the customer service department shipped a new pair overnight.  Ultra Diamonds also allows customers who order a product online to return a product to one of their 130 retail locations if they're not satisfied with their purchase.
