James Allen Jewelry Verdict

James Allen has a very easy to navigate and also very  professional looking website that is pleasing to the eye. From our research we found that a lot of people commentes about how their customer service dept is very helpful. We also found a few negative comments about them on some websites which we believe were fake.

There are literally hundreds of positive comments and James Allen Reviews on the internet and only about 4 or 5 were negative which makes us believe that they were fake. This industry is very competitive and the likelihood of a competitor posting negative reviews about a certain company is pretty high.

James Allen offers very competitive prices but they are not the cheapest. There are a few other companies where you can find diamonds slightly cheaper but not as good of quality as with James Allen.

We do feel that they can do a better job on their website to educate people about the 4 C's of diamonds which enables consumers to know exactly what to look for in a diamond to make sure they buy a quality diamond. We feel that Blue Nile does a better job at diamond education.

Overall we chose James Allen as our number one pick because we feel that you will get a better overall experience with James Allen. Their prices and the quality of their jewelry is bar none.

The way they display their products on their website is also superior in our opinion. They also have  a wider selection of jewelry than most other online retailers.

I want to say, for anyone nervous about ordering from JamesAllen.com. You have nothing to worry about. My experience with them was excellent and on time as scheduled. The size was right and Product was every bit of what I ordered.
I had the Diamond inspected by Jared Jewlers and everyone in the shop want to see it.. I felt like a Star..They could not believe how much sparkle that was coming from the diamond....
I never leave reviews when ordering online,but I felt with spending that type of money, I wanted the next person as nervous as I was to be at ease. Thank You James Allen!

I could not find a simple white gold knife edge ring for my wedding band at any of the jewelry stores or shows. I came across one that matched my engagement ring on James Allen and ordered it. Service was spectacular. The day after I placed my order online I was contacted by a James Allen Representative, Tammy Steed. She confirmed my order and let me know exactly when the ring would arrive. A few days later, it came in the mail and was perfect! It matches my engagement ring perfectly and my fiance thinks it looks great too. Customer service was great- Tammy was very prompt and friendly. She even let me know about a free ring resize should I need it, a service I was not aware of. I would definitely order from James Allen again. Thanks for the great customer service and beautiful ring!
